Moi University students currently in fourth year main campus today got a shocking message from the of Higher Loans Education Board. The message sent to them inform of SMS left many in a great shock.
The message demanded them to begin payment of the education loan which was offered to them by Higher Loans Education Board. It is the tradition of higher loans education to impose penalty waver to defaulters.
However, what surprises these fourth year students from Moi University Main Campus is that, they are not yet done with 4.2 semester programme yet they are required to make partial payment of the loan. Majority are now stuck and unable to comment either to request the administration of Moi University to submit a request showing that they are not yet done with the programme they registered for at the university.
Several student graduating from Moi University main campus had been a long term victims of such scenario.
