The Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) is a government institution that offers medical courses, it is known for producing well educated and equipped medical personnel. KMTC offers courses ranging from diploma,higher diploma, certificate and short courses.
In this article i will give a list of all certificate courses offered in KMTC with their duration. They are as follows ;
1.Certificate in Health Promotion for the Deaf. The minimum entry requirement is a mean grade of D+ in KCSE and it also takes 2 years for completion.
2.Certificate in Health Records and Information Technology. The minimum entry requirement is a grade D+ in KCSE and the course usually takes a period of 2 years for completion the course takes a duration of 2 years.
3 Certificate in Nutrition and Dietetics. The minimum entry requirement for this course is a KSCE mean grade of D+. The programme usually takes a period of 2 years.
4.Foundations in Community Health. The minimum entry requirement is a grade D in KCSE . It takes a period of six months to complete.
