It is only a day since students from across the country reported back to school, after ending their four days half term. The Education Calendar in the country was forced to change after the Corona Virus pandemic affected the country. However, most of the students and parents seems to have already adopted to the new calendar, as most of them have reported back to school. This afternoon, angry Kenyans have taken to social media and demanded the arrest of a Headteacher, after a picture of three pupils tied on a tree emerged. The photo was posted by Kenyan comedian Zainabu Zeddy. She informed the public that the school is located in Nyahururu but did not specify the name of the school. In the photo, three pupils who are seen in their school uniforms are seen tightly tied by a rope on a tree. It is yet unclear why the pupils had to go through such tough punishment. Below are Kenyans reactions.
