It is said that any change, even a change for the better is always accompanied by discomforts.

Over the past few months the 14-year-old has been homeschooled by her celebrity parents, and this was after they decided to change from the traditional learning system due to reasons best known by them.
And as Tumiso Mathenge is almost marking a year since she began partaking the homeschooling system in 2020, she has recently also shed more light on the learning system.
This was through a Q&A session with her fans on her insta stories, and some asked questions about details of her schooling.
One fan inquired what curriculum she was currently using between the Cambridge and Edexcel, and Tumiso Mathenge actually disclosed that she is involved in the Cambridge one.
Another fan inquired if she missed physical learning since she started the homeschooling, and the beauty queen disclosed that she actually does.
" I MISS SOME ASPECTS OF IT LIKE: SOCIALIZING, SCHOOL TRIPS, WHEN YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HASN'T FINISHED THE HOMEWORK SO BOTH YOU AND YOUR FRIEND GET IN TROUBLE TOGETHER 😭"
While the Cambridge International curriculum is slightly different from the Edexcel, they are both from the UK and both have equal value for their qualification.
Major differences however come in their examinations. While Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) reportedly offers the Global Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) and A-levels, the Edexcel offers the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE).
It is reported that there are no major differences in the curriculum and the difference will only arise with respect to the courses that a student picks.
This is not the first time that Tumiso Mathenge has opened up about her homeschooling, she also did it before still on her social media platforms.

She also disclosed that she is taking 5 subjects in the system and these are Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology.
