Govt Directs Chiefs, Subchiefs and National Government Administrators to do the Following From Today

The Ministry of Education has urged all Chiefs, Subchiefs, and National Government Administrators to launch a massive clean-up drive to ensure a complete transition to form one and junior secondary schools. Since junior secondary schools and form ones reported, numerous students have not yet reported to their separate schools. A report that piqued the interest of Kenyans and education stakeholders. As a result, all parents whose children have yet to report to their respective schools are advised to do so to their Chiefs and Subchiefs.

Cabinet Secretaries Ezekiel Machogu and Kithure Kindiki have impressively directed all National Government Administrators, particularly chiefs and subchiefs, to comb their jurisdictions and round up all learners who have not yet reported to their respective schools, particularly form ones and junior secondary schools.

"We want every youngster to attend school. It is one of the duties assigned to our Administrators, who include county commissioners, deputy county commissioners, Chiefs, and Assistant Chiefs." Kindiki explained.
