Good News to Principals and Headteachers as the Government Takes the Following Move

The ministry of education plays key roles in providing essential services to cater for the teaching and learning process that takes place both in primary, secondary and tertiary levels of education. Prof George Magoha is the current cabinet secretary of education in Kenya.

It's good news to school heads both in primary and secondary schools following the government's move of disbursing Ksh 17.2 billion ahead of the second term of the calendar that will commence on Tuesday 12 the October this year.

According to the source, the ministry of education has released Ksh 15.7 billion for the secondary level and Ksh 2.2 billion for the primary part.

In conclusion, this is a boost to the ministry of education as the school heads both the principals and Headteachers will have sufficient funds to run the programmes of the school well. The second term will run as from 12th October to 23rd of December this year.
