Kapseret member of parliament Oscar Sudi is in trouble after the court declares that his KCSE certificate was forged and therefore it was null and void. This has led to serious investigation to identify his education background. Patrick Maritim, the former headteacher at the institution, told the court that Sudi did not write his KCSE examinations at the school in 2006 as alleged. In October 2021, an official from the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) told the court that Sudi's name is not in the records of students who sat for the 2006 KCSE.
Certificate which Sudi presented before the court was termed as "forgery" that the school is not existing. Currently, Sudi's name is in the high court awaiting for judgement. In other articles shows that the code on Sudi's certificate, 401006, belongs to Parklands Secondary School while the index number 401006/081 belonged to Obaje Bob Onyango who was registered and sat for the national examinations at Parklands.
