The schools are expected to be opened next week on Tuesday. The parents are at the moment trying their best to see that their children get back to schools next week.Unfortunately, some children may be forced to stay home for longer period of time due to lack of school fees. Two days ago, reports emerged that most of the parents have resorted to looking for fees from shylocks.
Education CS Professor George Magoha has been accused at times for failing to implement the policies on rogue school heads who extort money from the parents. He has been talking tough but has failed to take full actions. Some schools have comfortably continued charging extra fees from the parents.Nothing has been done to them.
Today, the CS has been caught unaware again by some schools that have been doing this.Parents have revealed this to the media ahead of next week's opening.Surprisingly, the giant schools are still on the lead with Limuru's Loreto Girls secondary school and Dagoretti High school featuring at the top of schools that have been defiant on reducing the fees. What next for CS Magoha after these disheartening revelations again?
