TSC Sends Message To Teachers As They Seal Hopes Of CBA

Teachers will have to wait for the next four years to enjoy enhanced salaries as the employer seals any hopes for review the salary this year. According to Teachers Service Commission (TSC) guidelines on the new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) affirmed that tutors will continue to enjoy old salary rates until they received extra money from the government so that they implement the CBA. TSC will be using the old form of payment while paying for the allowance and other funds from the TSC board.

However, TSC Chief Executive Nancy Macharia declares that all employed teachers will enjoy enhanced leave days and also they will get a good chance when they need to transfer from one zone to another and it will help most of the families to reunite.
