By Kevin Ochieng

If your teacher once praised you as the student/pupil with the best handwriting in your class then you should put your happiness on hold and check the handwriting of Prakriti Malla.

Malla, a 15-year-old student from Nepal, has been recognized as the one with "beautiful and the best ever" handwiting in the world.

Malla, a class eight pupil at Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya coinsidently wrote a composition about handwriting.

The few pages article which she wrote for fun went viral and was recognised as the world's best handwriting thanks to social media that has made her skill global.

In her article, quoting Fader and Majnemer, Malla says handwriting is an "essential skill" for both children and adults.

“Even in the age of technology, it (handwriting) remains the primary tool of communication and knowledge assessment for students in the classroom,” she writes.

Malla adds that the demand for handwriting is still high whether you are in school or after completing your studies.

“Furthermore, good handwriting is important long after graduation in Script and Scribble (2009), Florey writes in reference to handwritten job application, ‘like it or not, even in our machine driven world, people still judge you by your handwriting,’”

Malla's handwriting has not only made her famous around the globe but earned her award. She received awards from the Nepali Armed Forces for her remarkable handwriting.

She is now described as an insipiration and we hope the doctors would get inspired from her handwriting.
