The school calendar has been very hectic in the past few months and this is because the government was trying it's best to resume normalcy in schools after the Covid pandemic that saw the disruption of activities across all schools in the country.

The government, through the Ministry of Education, has been unable to resume sports activities across all schools in the country but the latest reports indicate that this will not be the case from now on.
Despite how tight the education calendar is, the Ministry of Education wants to ensure that sports activities are resumed across the schools in the country as soon as possible.
According to The Daily Nation Newspaper this evening, the government has announced that there will be a resumption of the activities in the next few days despite the close knit school calendar going on.
The first term of 2022 has just begun and students are already home for their first term mid term break which will run until the 30th of May on Monday when they go back to school.
The sports calendar will see sporting activities resume after the mid term break as per the reports from the paper in this evening's paper.
State Department of Early Learning and Basic Education Director General, Elyas Abdi, reiterated that the sports calendar will be released to the various schools across the country in the next few days as per the reports.
