President William Ruto arrives at Joseph Kangethe Primary School, Kibra to supervise KCPE and KPSEA exams.
He was flanked by Education Cabinet secretary Ezekiel Machogu and Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki.






The head of state will thereafter chair the third Cabinet meeting under the 5th administration.
This is going to come shortly after he supervised the beginning of day two of KCPE and KPSEA exams at Joseph Kangethe Primary School in Kibra.
State House Press secretary Emmanuel Talam confirmed that the meeting will start at 10:00 am with all members of the cabinet expected to attend.
Cumulatively, the President has held four Cabinet meetings since he took over office.
Ezekiel Machogu will be the first CS to oversee three national examinations.
More than 1.5 million learners in the pioneer cohort are expected to sit the Grade 6 assessments in November.
At the same time, KNEC will be administering two other exams KCPE and KCSE.
