Kenya is a sovereign nation that is under the leadership of President Uhuru Kenyatta. The country is also guided by the new constitution of Kenya of 2010 which consist of fundamental human rights and freedoms that protect citizens.

It's good news to Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) that is under the leadership of Prof. Shibairo Solomon who is the acting Vice Chancellor after Prof. Peter Bukhala has been elected the African Representative in the International Federation of Adopted Physical Activity (IFAPA) Board of Directors.
Prof. Bukhala who is currently the director Research and Postgraduate support will serve as the IFAPA Board of Directors as from 2021 to 2023.
In conclusion, It's good news to the Masinde Muliro University fraternity and the whole university at large following the appointment of Prof. Bukhala to serve in the above mentioned post.
