A dramatic scene has been witnessed in Lamu after two class eight pupils got involved in an ugly fight over a local DJ with the two allegedy claiming to fall in love with him.
The two pupils at Kizingitini Kisiwa Primary School allegedy got physical while in class during morning preps. It all started when one of the one of them brought a narrative on how she spent the holidays with the DJ something that the other girl got disappointed with saying that she got into a relationship with the man first.
The two got into a fight with one getting injured from a knife stabb while the other got cut with a hoe. Their fracas attracted the attention of teachers who separated them calling the Kizingitini Police officers who arrived at the scene and arrested the minors.
The police have since launched investigation and a manhunt for the DJ who went into hiding after hearing the police are after him.
