The 2021 KCSE Exams were released yesterday by the Education C's Professor George Magoha, barely a month after they were done. Among those smiling and celebrating the results is a 39 Year Old mother of 6 children who has managed to score a grade of B minus despite her age and marriage life.
Ms Sabriya Ismail Ahmed dropped out of school in form two at Qubaa Secondary school in the year 1999 due to financial issues in her family and got married early. However, her dream of completing school and becoming a doctor did not vanish and nearly 20 years later she returned to school and sat for her KCSE Exams together with her two children. Her daughter has managed to score a B plain. She sat for her KCSE Exams at New Life Secondary school in Banisa sub county.
"It has been fun studying with my children and assisting each other with homework. We promised each other to perform well in the examination," She said. "My husband is a police officer and I dropped out of school to get married to him but he has always supported me and my children in our studies," She added.
She has encouraged mother with education thirst to go back to school as this will change their lives. For more like share and follow.
