The first cohort of CBC learners will sit for Grade Six examination from next week. There has been a question of whether grade six learners will transtion to secondary schools or they will remain in primary schools. This has been a concern from many parents because grade six learners are too young to interact with adolescents in secondary schools.

Details have now emerged that Presidential Working Party on Education Reform is considering radical reforms that could alter 2-6-3-3-3 CBC to new 2-6-2-4-3.
