TSC Officials Applaud the Principal who Caught KCSE Candidate Who Fled During Math PP2

Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams are proceeding as planned. This is the second week since the exams commenced and yesterday, the candidates sat for Mathematics paper two and Biology paper one exams respectively.

Drama was witnessed yesterday in Uasin Gishu county that is under the leadership of Governor Jackson Mandago after a KCSE male candidate from Burnt Forest area fled from an examination room when Mathematics paper two became unbearable for him.

The candidates decided to run out of the school during the paper and the school principal whose name is withheld decided to chase the boy seriously and caught up with him when he was almost approaching the gate that is adjacent to Burnt Forest. The school principal who is also the center manager caught up with the student and later soothed him with a cup of milk to complete the maths exam.

In conclusion, the school principal cited that the student was among the other rogue students who were demanding for an entertainment during the Easter holiday rather than revising for the exams. The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) officials from Uasin Gishu county congratulated the school principal for showing good leadership and integrity during this exam period.
