All schools are currently closed. Learners and Teachers are enjoying a one week holiday season. Therefore, all learners are expected to be back to their respective schools as from Tuesday after the holiday season to continue with their studies. The second term will also take a short period, therefore parents, students and teachers are expected to cooperate.
During this holiday season, sad news has been reported from Maliki Boys High School. It is bad news that the school Principal Maliki Boys Mr Otieno has died. The cause of his death has not yet been established, however the late principal is said to have a good vision for the school.
It is painful to lose such an important person, more especially during this period when the ministry of education requires more Teachers to cater for the large population in secondary schools. As Opera news hub writers, we send our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of the late Mr. Otieno. This is sad news to the Teachers Service Commission since it has lost their principal. May his soul rest in peace.
