Nominated member of parliament Hon. Ole Sankok has hinted through his official facebook page said that Kenyans should help him to thank former president Mwai Kibaki for giving him an amnesty during his time in office.
Ole Sankok said that the suspension would have lasted for over 15years. But former president Mwai Kabaki safe his political ambition.
Here is what Hon Ole Sankok shared on his official facebook page about his suspension in the university of Nairobi!
"On 9th June 2000 I was sworn in as Student Organization of Nairobi University (S.O.N.U)
President, 6months later I was suspended for opposing commercialization of education in our public universities (parallel degree program)
Help me thank H. E. Hon former President Mwai Kibaki for giving me amnesty two years into my suspension (which was supposed to have been for 15years) in 2003.
I had forgiven Prof. Francis j. Gichaga (the then UoN Vice Chancellor) and company for unlawful suspension, but more importantly the suspension never extinguish my desire, passion, zeal and energy to fight for the less privilege members of our society,
In the same breath; If I ever assisted you I wish I could have done more.
If I wasn't able to meet your expectations please I ask for your understanding.
If I have wronged you in anyway I sincerely ask for forgiveness because I am also human.
I request all Kenyans to forgive each other and forge forward as a united nation with one people, one love, one president, one God and same destiny.
