
Finally the top 2 candidates in 2022 KCPE exams have been revealed as Otieno Lewis Omondi Glen from St Peters Mumias and Fwaro Makokha Robinson from Christ the King School in Bungoma emerged as top candidates with 431 marks each.

Machogu announced that 2022 Candidates that scored between 400-500 marks were 9,443; 300-399 marks were 307,758 students, 200-299 marks were 619,593 pupils , 100-199 where 296,336 pupils and 1-99 marks where 724 pupils. Machogu added that Female candidates performed better than their male counter parts in English, Kiswahili and Sign Language while Male candidates performed better in Maths, Science & Social Studies/Religious Education.
