Teachers are required to fill TPAD termly by their employer, the Teachers Service Commission. The same document is used when attending interviews for promotion.
When filling TPAD, which is done online supporting documents are required as evidences to prove that what ever has been filled is true.
You can upload these documents in various areas to achieve 70% and above in your TPAD this term.
1. Scanned lesson observation that are have been signed.
2. Signed lesson attendance for that term.
3. Signed lesson recovery.
4. Signed list of learners assessment can be continuous assessment test or end term exams.
5.Phographs of schemes of work
6. Photographs of lesson plans.
9. Certificates of learners to show learners talent development.
10. Photographs of records of membership in professional body
11. Photographs of records of parents involvement in learners displine.
However much the all process may appear tasking, the teachers have no choice but to follow this requirement later because TPAD is used when upgrading them from one scale to the other.
