Ever since he took over the presidency, the head of state has been making what seems to be an overhaul in various ministries, departments and agencies.
Over the weekend, Ruto made other appointments to various agencies Eliciting Reaction from professor Herman manyora be and kenyans.
Taking to his Twitter account on Saturday night, the university Don took a swipe at the president for not considering tribal balance in his appointments.
"Please ask boss to throw in one Luo, two Luhyas, one kamba.... Namna hiyo!", Said professor Herman on Twitter.
Some Kenyans who reacted online opined that it was all expected from this government.

This is not the first time the president is finding himself in such a situation where he exposes himself to attacks after making alleged Skewed appointments.
Last year, the law society of kenya went to court seeking to stop the appointment of principal secretaries arguing that two communities had been given a Lion's share of the appointments.
However, the case was thrown out with the judges arguing that it was filed prematurely paving way for appointments after vetting by Parliament.
