It's good news to trained nurses and early childhood development education (ECDE) teachers as the National Youth Service (NYS) Kenya has advertised slots for them.
The NYS Kenya is a government agency that deals with recruitment of servicemen and women who deliver free services to the republic of Kenya. Recently the service announced the recruitment process of the servicemen which will kickoff from Monday 14th June to Friday 18th June across the country.
The NYS has advertised various slots in the service where by five slots for ECDE lecturers has been advertised. Suitable candidates for the slots should be in possession of Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) from a recognized university, Certificate in Computer applications and fullfil the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.
Three slots of Registered nurses have been advertised where by suitable candidates should have diploma in Community health, nursing and midwifery, valid practicing licence from Nursing Council of Kenya and certificate in Computer applications from a recognized institution.
In conclusion, suitable candidates have until 9th July to submit their applications in written form attached with academic testimonials to the CEO, National Youth Service in Nairobi.
