Referring to Nelson Mandela's powerful quote which says "No country can really develop unless it's citizen's are educated" it is true that the country true progress is measured well by the level of education that it's citizen's have acquired. It is through education where the son of a peasant can be become a doctor, daughter of a mine worker can become an engineer and child of poor man can become a powerful leader of a great nation.
As a result, His Excellency the Deputy President Hon. Rigathi Gachagua is currently amongst the highly distinguished guests attending the 11th Graduation ceremony at Outspan Medical College in his home county, Nyeri.

In a video shared by a reliable source, fleet of high end vehicles carrying guests accompanying Rigathi can be seen ending to the Graduation in Nyeri where hundreds of students are expected to graduate after years of selfless sacrifice and hardwork.
