Embakasi East member of parliament honorable Babu Owino alias Paul Ongili has expressed his dissatisfaction over his excellency president William Samoe Ruto remarks on Higher Education Loan Board hence sparking mixed reactions.
His excellency president William Samoe Ruto announced that soon the government will double the money received by that board so that students will benefit more from that money.
Paul Ongili has taken through his post on Facebook, warning Ruto to stay away from university education to students. According to the vocal MP, his excellency dies not know what comrades are going through including sleeping hungry.
Ruto maneno ya University HELB wachana nayo Kabisa.Comrades come from very sorry backgrounds and ONLY Education will save them from the York of poverty hanging on their necks.
"For we live in an hour of change and challenge,decade of hope and fear,in an age of both knowledge and ignorance .The greater our knowledge increases the greater our ignorance unfolds." He said
