Egerton University student has exposed Deputy President William Ruto online for not honouring a promise he made to him one year ago when he was in Kakamega County for a tour.

The Student by the name Evans Makokha, got a chance to meet with DP Ruto by gifting him a chicken in Matungu Constituency during his tour. DP Ruto was very humbled to be gifted a chicken since it reminded him about the days when he was a chicken 'hustler'.
Evans had deffered from the studies in Egerton University because he lacked school fees. When he meet Ruto that day, he thought his life will be changed for good because Ruto promised to clear his fees and for him to complete his studies.
DP Ruto did this because of what Evans gifted him. One year later, from October 25th 2020, Evans claims Ruto has not yet honour his promise. Maths and Economic Student, Evans owe the school Ksh150,000 plus the accommodation and upkeep.
Evans is kindly pleading with Ruto to honour the promise, Evans still believes Ruto is a good man and he will honour the promise. Evans believes maybe from the busy schedule, Ruto forgot.
