Good news to students as next term reopening dates will not be extended

Cobid19 created many challenges in the education sector ,the academic year 2020 was highly affected by lock downs as the schools were closed from March 2020 to September 2020,as most schools were used as isolation as well as quarantine centres

Recently another partial lockdown was imposed in the country that in March 2020 by the government and was lifted on May 1 2021 by president Uhuru Kenyatta which brought some other challenge in the education sector

The Kenya School calendar for academic year 2021-2023 will continue as planned by the ministry of education this means the schools will reopen as scheduled

The schools were closed on 16th July 2021 and will be reopened on 26th of July for first term ,this means the academic year for 2021-2022 starts on 26th July ,the following is a summarized table courtesy of Kenyan life

All parents are advised to prepare to send their children's back to school as their will be no adjustment on reopening dates,also parents are advised to be responsible in paying tuition fees to avoid causing other inconveniences when learning starts

All students are advised to arrange all required materials for their learning like ,books. Set books, calculators, mathematical tables and other materials to ensure smooth running when they return back to school
