Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino early today received alot of congratulatory messages from the top performed students in the Last KCSE results. Hon. Babu Owino who is a former alumni and chairperson of the University of Nairobi Students Association.
The 2021 students who sat for their KCSE on April were greatly affected by the covid-19 pandemic. Most students who were not in a position to access online books and revision material must have gone through tough times doing the examinations.
Hon. Babu Owino organized an important session with the learners online, teaching them Mathematics and chemistry subjects.The learners were watching the sessions online on his created web page of which he created.
Early today during the leadership award 2021,many students online praised him for his extra duty he did to salvage learners during the pandemic. The students said that many things that he taught were examined in their exams and they benefited greatly.
