Right now, we have just received bad news as popular Girls High School from Nakuru County is on fire.
According to the source, Moi Forces Academy is on fire. The students are stranded as they watch fire gather down their Dormitory. The cause of fire has not yet identified but is suspected to be fault from electricity.
The cause of fire has not yet been established and efforts to rescue property belonging to the students is on going. No casualties have been recorded so far as all students seem to be intact.By an eye view, the fire seems to be gushing out the dormitory as most of the rescued properties are mattresses.
The incidence come just a day after students returned from half-term break.
The ministry of education is being requested to set up a task force which will look into the cause of this rising fire incidences in most school with most of them being suspected to be caused by students themselves. According to analysis, children are bored and mostly now that the extra curricular activities such as sports, music and drama festivals were placed on hold leaving them to study only which many find boring.
