The recent move by government of kenya to go away with the training of teachers on certificate and introduced Diploma Training For primary education have left many wondering in which colleges will this training be carried out.This is because over 40 training colleges have been offering teachers training but on certificate level.

However,lt may sound as goodnews to many after the list of certified colleges has been released to offer training of teachers at diploma level at primary education. It should not be forgotten that previously these colleges having been training teachers at certificate level,But the move by the government is aimed at improving the quality education offered to the learnes by teachers.

This the recent introduction of the community based curriculum,lt means that teachers will be trained for three years on both oral and skill based concepts.This will be quality and better service delivery by tutord.Many have welcomed the move by government to introduce Community based curriculum by expressing their views through various social platforms
