Teachers Service Commission (TSC) Deputy CEO Fired For Demanding Bribes From Teachers.
The Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) Kennedy Mulunda has been fired over demanding of bribes from teachers.
His firing was communicated to him by the commissions Chief Executive Officer Nancy Macharia in a letter.
He is accused of soliciting tenders from School principals, graft and abuse of office
It's said that he used his top position to intimidate principals from over 10 schools in Nyanza and Western over awarding of tenders.
According to the prosecution team,Mulanda threatened to deal with the teachers who defied how orders if he becomes the commissions secretary after Nancy Macharia.
