The Kenyan teachers are in a state of dilemma as they are required to perform different tasks within a specific time frame without fail. They have closed schools today.TSC expects them to register for the TPD modules immediately within this one week for holiday.Unfortunately, this has still been opposed by many teachers including the Lawmakers.
The teachers have been rushing to submit their TPADs before the deadline. However, this has given some teachers some sleepless nights with the portal now becoming a no go zone.Unfortunatly, tonight marks the deadline.
The teachers have now been caught unaware by the show cause letters from TSC.Teachers from Kisumu who did not submit their Tpads will have until 8th October to submit their show cause letters to the relevant authorities on the ground. The TSC County Director Ibrahim Rugut has said this in his letter to Sub County Directors,CSOs,Principals,Head teachers and ICT officers within the county. This is in deed a blow to teachers within this region.
