A school in Bungoma county in Kanduyi constituency are begging for help because the school is going through crisis.The school is said to have a large number of pupils with insufficient facilities to accommodate them.
Speaking to Maisha TV the school headteacher madam Selina Nekesa Mango said she joined the school last year and the school was in a very poor condition.The iron sheets were hanging and almost blown away by wind.
They approached the area mp Wafula Wamunyinyi who in turn helped them renovate the classrooms.They are few classes that can't sustain the pupil and the available classrooms are in poor condition.
The school has few toilets and even the few toilets around are in poor condition and they urgently need renovation.She added that one classroom has around 120 pupils which is not advised by MOH.
The teachers are not enough because one teacher is forced to handle a large number of pupils which is a challenge to them also.She urged all the stakeholders to help them solve the problems they are facing as an institution.
