Bad News to Raila as a Prominent Person Reveals Why His 6k Monthly Plan to Poor Kenyans Won't Work

As the Kenyan economy continue to go down, different leaders have expressed concern. The bad economy has rendered many young and educated youths jobless and was even complicated with the onset of Covid-19 pandemic which worsened the situations.

However, with les than a year to the next general elections, leaders seeking the country's top seat have come out to explain their plan to save the economy. Among them is DP Ruto who is now currently famous for his bottom-up economic model where he aims to increase financial access at grassroots.

ODM boss Raila Odinga on the other hand has surfaced with another economic plan to salvage the poor Kenyans. According to Raila, when he gets to presidency, every poor Kenyan family will receive a monthly stipend of 6,000 shillings from the government.

His claims have however been rubbished by billionnaire and businessman Jimmy Wanjigi who is also a presidential aspirant. According to Wanjigi, Raila's claims are unrealistic owing to the state of Kenyan economy and the already soaring debts.
