Fresh details are coming up following President Uhuru's speech yesterday where he lifted the curfew rule. However, his address brought some inconveniences to bar and restaurant owners. This happened as most were confused on whether they should operate accordingly to the new system after the removal of curfew that brought relief to most Kenyans.
Speaking today, CS Kagwe clarified the issue saying the following words;
"We are reverting the closure of bars and restaurants at 11pm or the time allowed by licencing authorities. Protocols on hand washing, social distancing and sanitizing remain. All facilities will be expected to have hand washing booths," said Mutahi Kagwe.

This means that all bar owners and restaurants are free to operate as they used to do before the strike of Covid-19 pandemic. Businesses are likely to recover the losses made since they now have all the time to recover what they lost. Kenyans are advised to stock to Covid-19 protocols since Covid-19 is still there.
