Daily Nation has today revealed to Kenyans on how the company has been robbing Kenyans millions of money from the tokens.
According to Daily Nation Kenya Power and Lighting Company employees have manipulated the system to get codes for other buyers to get more units than others.
For Example Daily Nation used Ksh. 2,500 to buy tokens using pay bill 888880 and got 138.18 units. On the same day they contacted a KPLC IT worker to buy token using the same amount and they got nearly ten times the token they got earlier.
The news is very much disappointing for Kenyans who use the Kenya Power tokens.
