Deputy president has ended his first day tour in Western region today. The deputy president will be having a two day visit to the region. Ruto is expected to popularise his 2022 presidential ambition to the people of Western as well as popularising his newly formed United Democratic Alliance a head of next year's election.
Ruto has encouraged residents that their destiny is in their hands through their votes citing that the opportunities to make their choices based on the agenda presented to them. " The destiny of Kenya will be destined by Kenyans through their votes. Next year's election will accord them opportunity to make their choice based on the agenda presented to them." Ruto said.
Ruto added that small enterprises need to be financed and boosted in order to do well. He also outlined the need to creat ready market for local goods. The deputy president also outlined creation of jobs for youths as key pillars of hustler nation. " Financing small enterprises and facilitating farmers through affordable, quality inputs and finding ready markets for their produce form the pillars of our Bottom_up Economic Development Model. This is in addition to creating jobs for the millions of youth people by equipping them with relevant technogical skills.
The deputy president was speaking in Kakamega county in company of Aden Duale of Carissa township,former kakamega senator Boni Khalwale, Didmus Barasa, Benjamin Washiali, Dan Wanyama among other leaders.
