The president of Kenya Dr. William Samoei Ruto, is also on a mission to secure himself another top official position despite him being the head of state. The source says that Ruto now wants to be in charge of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) so that he can stabilize all East African markets for the economy he's rebuilding with the help of Kenya Kwanza coalition members.

According to the source, if President William Ruto secure the position of the IGAD chair, he will be able to stabilize the Horn, East, and Central Africa. He can be able to target all the markets within the East African protectorate and this will play a major role in the rebuilding of the economy.

Ruto has made it clear that he will do everything in his power to improve the economy of Kenya which was plagued by debt, inflation, unemployment, and general discontent before he was elected president of the country.
