Mpesa service in Kenya is a mobile service that most Kenyans relies on doing transactions. Today, many Mpesa users have been stranded after they were unable to transfer money to their bank accounts. Their is a technical issue that has affected bank transfer to Mpesa causing much doubt.
The following are the affected banks in Kenya, Equity, KCB, ABSA, NCBA and Standard chartered. However, each of the banks have affirmatively responded to their clients of the inconveniences affecting the system. The following are some of the respective bank responses;
Equity bank notified their clients on the inconveniences in M_banking services.
Consequently, NCBA bank also assured their clients on a quick remedy to end up the inconvinience.KCB bank also alerted their clients on the matter. It assured them to inform them when the issue will be resolved.
