Hours after president William Ruto officially launched the Hustler Fund project, statesman Mutahi Ngunyi has given out his remarks concerning the implementation of the hustler Fund plan.
According to statement issued at his official twitter account, Hon Mutahi Ngunyi said that hustler Fund is only 0.0166% of the Kenya’s 3 Trillion shillings budget. Therefore, Ngunyi alleged thar President Ruto only executed a small portion of the Kenya’s budget and is expected to deliver the balance of 99.98% of the budget with similar detail and pomp. Ngunyi also said that president Ruto executed this with ruthless efficiency and panachie.
Mutahi Ngunyi tweeted, “Hustle Fund is only 0.0166% of our 3 Trillion Shilling budget. Ruto has executed it with ruthless efficiency and panachie. The bar is now high. Now we expect him to deliver the balance of 99.98% of the Budget with similar detail and pomp. There is hope.”
