Dangote who looked into joining the Kenyan market said: “Kenya’s market is very important to us and we will start immediately we get our licenses, which are about to be ready.”
Kenya had the intent of fast-tracking licensing for Dangote Cement Company in the country, with the aim of creating employment opportunities for Kenyans.
Since then despite receiving a total dividend from publicly traded businesses of 725.2 million this year a significant increase over 639.5 million that he received last year his net worth has gone on a downward trend .
