A fish lady has explained to President Ruto of her Shocker to be allowed to speak in the eyes of the president. According to the lady, she could not be able to speak because she has never thought of getting such a big opportunity to speak in front of the president.

The lady was unable to explain some of the problems that her fish business goes through obvious because excitement. She explained that speaking in front of the president is one of the major achievement in her life.
It's clear that president William Ruto is today launching the hustlers fund. To access the funds one has to dial *254# and know of the money which they would be able to get.
Majority Kenyans are heavily waiting for the launch of the hustlers fund because to many people, this is a dream come true. The fact of the matter is that Ruto promised to help hustlers start up business and such is happening.
