
Kenyans have been shocked after learning that a whole billionaire failed to pay for his clothes. This comes after the popular billionaire and businessman Jimmy Wanjigi filed an appeal at the High Court. The rich man filed the appeal in a bid to stop auctioning of his property after a lower court ruled that he should pay Kenya shillings to one clothing company over debt dispute.Jimmy is accused of failing to pay for clothes he acquired from the clothing company called Fazal – The Luxury Boutique. The clothing company is one of Kenya’s high end clothing retail company located in the country’s capital, Nairobi.

According to the reports, the clothing company sold to him the clothes back in 2019. He is alleged to have acquired five pairs of designer trousers and two jackets from Fazal Luxury Boutique. On being compelled to pay, he failed and hence the company decision to seek for court order to auction his items.
