The tiny two bed-roomed apartment is located in Mtwapa, Mombasa County. At first glance, you would not believe that the house costs 500 thousand Kenya shillings. Kenyans have expressed their opinion online on if the house costs that much money.

The apartment has a kitchen, a sitting room and two bedrooms despite it's size. The four walled house looks too tiny to contain all these rooms but it does actually have all of them.

A lot of people have differing opinions on if it costs that much but given how amazing it looks inside, it is amazing. However, you would need a very skilled carpenter to ensure that you have furniture that fits this house. Kenyans have sparked a debate online on why one would invest in this.
Let me know what you feel like in the comments about this tiny house? Would you own one of given a chance?
