He added that his government is willing to surpport and ready to admit any risks that will come with it so that small enterprises can flourish and drive econimic development of the country.
"I was actually planning to have this meeting with you, Safaricom & banking partners. I have been sent by your customers. The people who cannot make it to your offices or the negotiating table. The people want a mutually beneficial relationship, a win-win" President William Ruto said.
