Safricom is one of the most common communication network provider in Kenya today hence several people depend on so to operate there personal businesses.
From there latest update they have took to share a warning to there customers as some of there services will be unavailable starting Saturday.
They will be upgrading there systems so as to increase there capacity in line with customers growth and support so as to meet different needs of there customers.
Because of this there are some of there services that will be unavailable this included product purchases, balance enquiry, Okoa Jahazi, Tunikiwa, all bonga point services, postpaid payment and home fibre payment.
All this will be unavailable on the night of Saturday 24th July from 10 Pm to 8 AM on Sunday 25th July 2021.
All other services in exception of the highlighted ones above will be functioning normally.
They revealed that the timing of this maintenance activity has planned to results in the least possible inconvenience to there customers.
They also shared there apologies for any inconvenience that may be caused and thanked there customers for there support.
