Top analyst has argued that the much hyped hustlers fund is nothing more a state funded fuliza system. Given that the president was riding on anti-fuliza slogans during the campaigns prior to August polls, it was very absurd and betrayal to his supporters to say the least.
While speaking during Spice FM's Situation Room morning show, Billow Kerrow argued that the interest and loan type guidelines in the Hustler Fund was making it nothing less of fuliza.
He further wondered why the state and cabinets were alleging that they were going to do away with predatory loan systems and shylocks while, the government was launching own fuliza system to siphon dry poor Hustlers.

' I look at it (Hustler Fund) nothing short of state run fuliza system, I see the cabinet alleging that they will do away with predatory loans system... Which is misleading given that they are launching their own fuliza system... " Billow argued.
