Through his Hustlers Funds initiative, President William Ruto has made public staggering sums of money that Kenyans have been able to save and pay for.
William Ruto revealed during the tech and innovation summit via TV47 that Kenyans have paid ksh 1 billion and saved up to ksh 50 million, even though 14 days have passed.
Ruto also said that over 15 million Kenyans are on board and that the government has loaned 7.2 billion to Kenyans to try to make their lives better.
In addition, he praised Kenyans for disregarding the Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition, whose leaders advised Kenyans not to repay the money.
"We have 50 million Kenyans already on board the Hustlers Fund platform, and as of right now, we have loaned about 7.2 billion." Through TV47, he stated, "Kenyans have paid up to ksh 1 billion, saving more than ksh 50 million."
Kenyans have every reason to cheer because the hustlers fund appears to be a game-changer for the government.
