The government had earlier introduced Hustler Fund, a body which ensured small scale traders including citizens are given small amounts of money to help them in one way or the other. Millions of Kenyans had already borrowed though a section defaulted. The government has announced good news as the time of repaying has been revised.
Earlier, it was to be paid within fourteen days. According to the new regulations put in place, a borrower will have an additional fifteen days making a total of twenty nine days. However, those who default the payment within the 29 days will have fifteen more days until interest is charged on the amount.

Those who default completely will have their Hustler Fund accounts frozen. This means they will have no access completely to the money. Do you think the additional days are good?
