DP Ruto’s ally has been forced to pay over Ksh 2.2 million to his worker after firing her simply because she could not do her work perfectly. Kindiki terminate the contract with his worker after discovering that she was pregnant and she was supposed to be out of work for some time before coming to work again. However, kindiki decided to replace her after delivering a letter to her despite the woman asking for leave and she had to seek answers as to why she was fired without concrete information.
The court has declared that kindiki has to fulfil his payment soon simply because he did not follow the correct procedure why firing the lady and also the time she has wasted for the woman while she was searching for justice. The woman has revealed that she has been working for several years in Kindiki’s home and she was ready to work as soon as she delivers her baby.
